Myra Patterson - President and CEO
Myra founded QA in 1989 after recognizing the need for professional training in the business world. She is an innovative, dynamic, and experienced businesswoman dedicated to improving customer service through marketing research. Her telecommunications background provides the foundation for QA and includes public relations, customer service, and call center management, operations and training. Her award-winning experience has been recognized by many Fortune 500 companies.
Cinda Moon - Vice President of Training and Business Development
Cinda joined the QA team in 2006, and brings with her a unique mix of experience. She comes from an educational background as a teacher, author, and professional developer. She is a highly requested speaker, trainer, and coach. Additionally, her experience includes conference development and execution. Cinda leads a team in the development of many customized training programs for employees and management teams nationwide.
Randi Taube - Regional Sales Manager
Randi brings years of business-to-business sales experience to Quality Approach. Graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in American Political Studies with a focus in Business Administration, she knew she belonged working with customers on a daily basis. Randi went on to work for multiple Fortune 500 companies in her career, where she continually achieved sales quotas. She has been recognized over the years for her sales success, achieving President’s Club in her most recent position. Her philosophy is to deliver the best possible solution to her clients, focus on the service level, and understand how important client relationships are.
Dane Patterson - Director of Training and Business Development
Having earned his first dollar as a secret shopper at the age of thirteen, moving to call center training at the age of fifteen, and learning the in and outs of his mother's business until he was twenty, Dane has always lived and breathed customer service training. He believes strongly in the idea that great customer service and sales training leads to great businesses who have loyal, happy customers. Dane ran the day-to-day logistics of reality television for two years at Bunim Murray Productions and graduated from film school at Cal State Long Beach. He is excited to bring to Quality Approach what he learned while working in TV and his passion for the “quality approach."
